200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

*Training in 2025 has been restructured into a 4 month program!! We hope that this change allows the opportunity for more students to take advantage of this amazing experience.

Take your love of yoga to the next level and learn to share its gifts with others in this comprehensive training at Yoga Love. Whether you would like to teach or simply enrich your own understanding of yoga in a total immersion experience, you will gain both the knowledge and the skills to expertly guide yourself and your students along the yogic path.

Training is scheduled over the course of 4 months, and includes one intensive weekend per month and occasional Zoom meetings. In addition to this, trainees are required to fulfill 40 hours of class (included in cost), as well as some at-home work in preparation for our monthly intensive weekends. Training will include, and exceed all 12 competencies as required by Yoga Alliance.

$2,500 until 1/31/25

$3,000 after 1/31/25

$500 deposit (non-refundable) payable online; deposit deducted from total fee.

Space for training is limited. This allows each student the personal, one-on-one experience we believe is necessary to successfully complete the program, and be able to confidently lead your own students through a fun, creative, mindful yoga class! We strongly suggest students have at least one year of consistent yoga practice, but if you do not and are passionate about taking this journey, please email the studio with a letter about why you would like to join the program!

*Trainees choosing to do payment plan are required to complete full payment to receive certification. If for some reason the trainee is unable to complete the program, they are still required to pay the full fee for 200hr YTT.

New Year New Workshop

Refresh in the new year. Join Lauren Gregg and Dana Kelly for a two-hour workshop that will focus on both movement and ease. We will look at the poses that the surya namaskars otherwise known as sun salutations consist of including downward-facing dog, tadasana, chair pose, and more. You will leave this workshop having the foundational building blocks to flow through Sun A, B and C, as we will break down each shape and provide hands-on touch.

The second half of our time together will focus on restorative shapes, finding rest and ease with the added element of grounding touch.

What to expect:
- an hour of moving through foundational yoga shapes
- an hour of restful restorative shapes
-option to receive informative and supportive hands-on assists

This workshop is intended for all-levels, so whether you are newer to yoga or are looking to deepen your practice, this will be time to refresh your body, mind and practice as you emerge into the new year.
