CLASSES
YOGA LOVE An energizing, dynamic flow. This class begins with focus on the breath and will then slowly begin to warm up the body to prepare for a fun, free flowing sequence of postures. We will experiment with strength, balance and flexibility, and focus on alignment to bring increased levels of awareness in your mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
YOGA STRONG Like our LOVE vinyasa, our STRONG classes begin with focus on breath and warming up the body. Building on the YOGA LOVE flow, we will then move through a connected series of asana with more opportunity to grow your practice. While more advanced options will be offered, modifications will be provided. This dynamic practice will challenge your limits and help set new goals!
Prior yoga experience is strongly recommended.
YOGA CHILL Slow down in our Yoga Chill class. In this vinyasa yoga practice, we give you space to turn inward and tune into your breath, your mind, and the physical sensations within your body. You can expect to find reflection while reducing stress, building strength, and increasing flexibility.
*Class is by candlelight when possible.
YOGA YIN *CANDLELIGHT* Slow down with us in our Yin Yoga class. Yin is a style of yoga that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with poses that are held for longer periods of time. This practice targets your deep connective tissues like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. In this class, we give you space to turn inward and tune into your breath, your mind, and the physical sensations within your body. You can expect to find reflection while reducing your stress, increasing your flexibility, and boosting your circulation. This class starts with a very short flow, followed by our Yin practice, and final relaxation meditation.
